These are the terms for using this site, buying a training guide, or applying for coaching. They're written in plain language on purpose. By using the site, you're agreeing to them.
Read this first: fitness disclaimer
Everything on this site is general education, not medical advice. The training programs, guides, articles, and nutrition guidance here are informational. They are not a diagnosis, treatment, or prescription for you specifically.
Talk to a physician before starting any training or nutrition program — especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or haven't trained in a while.
Exercise carries inherent risk. You know your body and your health history; this site doesn't. By using any program or advice from this site, you accept that you train at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits. If something hurts or feels wrong, stop.
Coaching
Submitting a coaching application does not make you a client. A coaching relationship is formed only after your application is reviewed and accepted, and we've agreed on scope and pricing together. Until then, no coaching services are owed to you, and applications may be declined for any reason.
Once accepted, the specifics of your coaching arrangement — pricing, check-in schedule, what's included — are agreed between us directly and sit alongside these terms.
Training guides
Training guides are digital products (PDFs) sold for a one-time price of $35 each. A few things to know:
- Checkout happens on Gumroad. Gumroad processes your payment and delivers the PDF. This site never sees your payment details. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own terms.
- Delivery is immediate. Gumroad sends the guide as soon as your purchase completes. If the download doesn't arrive, check your email (including spam) or your Gumroad library.
- Refunds: if the guide isn't as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Intellectual property
The guides, programs, articles, and other content on this site are the property of Training with MH. When you buy a guide, you're buying a personal license to use it — for you, for your own training.
You may not redistribute, resell, share, or republish the guides or any site content, in whole or in part, without written permission. Sending a purchased guide to a friend, posting it in a group chat, or repackaging it as your own program all count as redistribution.
Affiliate links
The recommended products page contains affiliate links. If you buy through one, this site may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Products are recommended because they're actually used and believed in — not because of the commission.
Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Training with MH is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of this site, its guides, its programs, or its advice. This includes indirect and consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect when you bought.
